I didn't even really apply, I was kinda scouted for whatever reason and when Tony said he was thinking of modding me a few months ago I expressed interest. It did take a hot minute to actually happen but yeah it happened

TonyDr has a list of potential mod candidates, to get in there you have to be a user that isn't particularly mean to anyone, preferably dick suck mods, relatively well known, and active.
Maturity seems important aswell.

Yeah this makes sense, I wouldn't go as far as "dick-sucking mods" but you probably have to have little to no warnings, not cause problems, etc
