So-so, rn I have a high anxiety rate and my family is awful broken, the last saturday i was on terapy and it is working because im reading a book called Focusing by Eugene Gendling and Alex Korb Spiral, very usefull ngl. still have a lot of work and maxxing, It make feel good when i track my own progress, but still dont know how to do it properly, at least i have savings and still talk with some dudes of my family, but sometimes Im to rude to myself

Im softmaxxing, with my posture, body health and my long tearm goal is have a aesthetic body, even when im anxius i still control my money and the things I usually ate, it is like a vidya but sometimes is in hardcore mode
