THIS GUIDE IS TARGETED FOR PEOPLE GOING THROUGH PUBERTY.

1. ACCEPT YOUR FLAWS
the first thing you have to do in order to improve is realize where you're lacking in, identify the causes and research what might fix them. If fixing your flaws is NOT possible then don't stress about it as it'll do you nothing except increase your cortisol.
2. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PUBERTY TO MANIPULATE HORMONAL PRODUCTION EVEN MORE
as a human going through puberty your testosterone production goes through the roof. You can exploit that by high intensity workouts and low intensity cardio to reduce cortisol (stress hormone), which inturn also increases testosterone.
3. VISITING AN ORTHODONTIST
many people going through puberty experience orthodontic related problems, such as overbite, underbite, narrow palate, et cetera. Getting that resolved as soon as possible is important for facial symmetry and proper growth. DONT EXTRACT ANY TEETH AND GET DAMON BRACES INSTEAD OF NORMAL ONES IF YOU SUFFER FROM OVERBITE.
4. Diet
to produce as much testosterone and igf-1 (growth hormone) as possible you need to have a balanced, healthy, protein rich diet. This includes red meats, chicken, fish and so on. Alot of calcium is also needed to grow healthily, you can get it from milk and sardines. Don't overeat but also don't starve yourself, stop eating when your hunger gets satisfied NOT WHEN YOU'RE FULL.
5. BAD HABITS
this includes posture, mouthbreathing, swallowing incorrectly, incorrect chewing and so on. For posture I forced my body to maintain proper perfect posture until the muscles that are responsible for posture strengthened which fixed my posture permanently. This is important as posture has a dramatic effect on your facial symmetry and growth. For swallowing and chewing you need to chew using your premolars mostly since food in general nowadays is processed and not tough enough to simulate forward growth while being chewed normally (using your molars), this will stimulate your masetters more and MIGHT help with CCW rotation (fixing downward growth) but it'll give you a more defined and forward grown mandible (lower jaw).
