how I eat on school days

basically breakfast, during school nothing, when I get back maybe something small, then when it’s like 6-8 pm I eat like nonstop
fair enough

there doesnt need to be a "set schedule" for when its best to eat just do it when you feel like you need to

I would skip breakfast get a side salad and a cheese stick for lunch and sleep through dinner
