How important is it to looksmatch with your friend group?

That's a problem I see too, I feel awkwardness and jealousy around friends who aren't as attractive or are shorter than me.

No i have girl friends only irl and none of my friends have ever cared about each others looks, i have a htb friend and my other friends constantly talk shit about her and have her out of the other gc just bc of personality even tho she is GL

you can be good looking but still not be in the other group chat if you're an annoying prick but if you have good personality but ugly then theres a good chance you wont be in it

i wanna get what ur saying but i just don’t. never heard of that being a reason someone is unliked in friend groups it’s obviously VERY different when it comes to romantic relationships but here i just don’t see it

bro its not like we care like that but its lit science that u naturally are more attracted to better looking people, its a psychological bias and it makes anyone unconsciously associate beauty with positive traits such as kindness or other stuff

you can be GL but be perceived as bad because of personality but you can also have good personality yet people dont want to be friends with you because you are ugly

and people make so many excuses for u as a person if u are better looking even if u hv a horrible personality whereas if ur not conventionally attractive u will automatically be judged more harshly, obviously its not ideal but its reality

I feel like I have started to care more abt looks as I got older. In hs my crushes were rare. And were chubbier 4-6s with confidence. I SWEAR.

I feel like you can train ur brain to not recognize status in ppl as much but idk
