Rage how important is teeth?

my teeth are dogshit. terrible crossbite that makes my jaw look crooked. i deal with this problem by just moving my jaw as if i have a normal bite, its not difficult and feels natural but unfortunately it doesnt look normal when chewing and when i smile. i will eventually fix them but it will probably take years, i think my teeth will be fixed by 23 or 24yros.....i cant wait until then to live a normal life tho innit. should i avoid smiling and eating Infront of people? ive learned to not move my mouth much whilst talking to hide my teeth and some people point this out and find it odd lmao.

yeah my palate is narrow and uneven. i wouldnt even care if my teeth looked funny, but my bite is so bad. just imagine yourself pushing ur jaw to the left and tilting it a little bit, its so ugly man
