Cant see half of your iris. Either open your eyes fully and walk like that or if you cant (or it feels unnatural), get a ptosis surgery that will correct your upper eyelid exposure. That’s a must have btw. For softmaxxes minox your brows and maybe lashes (do some research before as minox might reduce your fatpads and you don’t want that). Then you can look into different eye surgeries but your eyes don’t look subhuman anyways
