Everytime in school when I look around and have eycontact with some guy I feel so ashamed even though it’s not that deep.In class or anywhere else when I see a guy I like and look at him I get cough immediately.It’s so awkward because I have nothing to do with him or talk.How can I look at people without making it to obvious and they don’t notice??

Just face their direction and have ur eyes somewhere else. Do this many times for a few weeks they’ll eventually think you arent looking at them rather facing towards them but wandering off looking at something else. I’ve done this for a long time and it works they never question me snd if they do catch you then who gaf
