Numb is fairly active, it's just he mainly handles the queue. But you're correct it's mainly a Dean choice. Moderators can advocate for certain users or recommend for a user not to be modded (or demodded), but it's Dean's site at the end of the day.

All things considered, Hannah is a sweet girl. I don't know how she is as a moderator, but I'm going to give her a fair chance like I have with everyone else.
