Alright lads, let me tell you about how I've been leanmaxxing.
- Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) approx. 3000
- eat around 1400-1700 calories a day
- 100-150g protein
- eat zero cal pasta
- look for meals under 200 cal on TikTok (I found a nice pizza recepie)
That's it. If I keep this up I'll reach sub 15% bf by April
