Along with methods that work and don't please.

I hear that mewing works if you're under 16 or 17. I also heard that thumbpulling is cope, is that true?

Do chin tucks and neck curls work?

I'd appreciate any advice from your personal experience.

technically speaking I think it's 18-20 or sum. But at 16 or 17 you should probably accept the reality a that your likely just going to have to get surgery to fix it

thumbpulling is cope, at most it will misalign your teeth

neck curls are for building muscles in your neck, make you look bigger and not make it seem that your head is on a pole

mewing works, might be awkard trying it the first time but youll eventually get it

chin tucks (i think) kinda work
hope this helps !

Hard mewing can works at any age if you doesn't have an overbite and double chin. Surgery will gives you a more quick impactful change.
Also there is device to mew at night like myobrace for example

Thumbpulling doesn't works especially 1 hour per day, while a drastic change needs to be 24/7, hence it's a better idea to get a palate expander + upper jaw split
