how long does it take for hydrocortisone effects to show

i’ve been using it for 2 weeks, once a day, for 30 mins (1% hydrocortisone)
i swear i don’t see much difference
is it just my nose ??

u will notice swelling reduction in the same day probably, but for actual skin thinning it will take months
