How long have you guys been looksmaxxing?

I think it’s been around 4 years ish for me.
I would watch a ton of those “glow up” YouTube videos and grooming tips online lol and had a vague understanding that I was obviously unattractive.
Then I learned more tips off places like r/Vindicta and r/HowtobeHot etc etc where I got really into looksmaxxing to the point it consumed my life.

2 years almost. Technically 8 but i didn't know about looksmaxxing forums and shi. I just worked out but didn't care about facial skin care and all that jawline shit.
