how long in Looks max

how long have you been applying the looks max advice?

I have the idea in my head that to change our bone structure in the face we would need more or less one year and to move up completely I think it would take something like 3 years, what do you think?
 
25 July 2024 I started seriously but due to depression I was on and off all my life....at least taking care of my face.

About the body I've done some climbing, running but only recently I'm doing bodybuilding seriously hence I'm the bulkiest I've ever been.
