Like 90% of this is cope brother, just learn proper tongue posture (mewing), hit the gym for test boost and bone strength and eat well. You can do chin tucks and neck curls but the rest is absolute cope. Give solution, it’s the check on the right

Thumb pulling, neck, chewing, mewing, and chin tucks all work from your list though everything apart from neck training will give minimal results

Stay in a caloric surplus (eat a lot) until you've finished puberty
Try to eat foods with high amounts of fat, vitamins, minerals, etc.
im cutting rn as i was a big back when i was a kid and im trying to fix that
 
What's your objective/end goal? Most, if not all, of this is only theoretical or pseudoscience and either won't work or has no evidence it'd do anything.

My end goal is to ultimately change and ascend naturally without roids. I think these will make me change

most of these are cope, correct ur posture, get pallete expander, use peptides, make sure to maximise dht, hgh, igf-1 as these are very key in ur development, go to the gym etc. clean diet too

Most of these can cause permanent damage if not done "correctly" (and you won't do it correctly). I recommend saving up money to get proper treatment.

at his age i think some countries offer pallete expansion for free (i think here in the uk u get free dental treatment if ur undr 18 and can get student discounts if ur above but still young.

Yeah but most of it isn't risky and I'll make sure to do it correctly, also by the way your framing it sounds like it actually works if done right.

It doesn't work at all, but I don't want to have a 50th debate about why thumb pulling won't create the same results as a medical grade palate expander under a professional's watch.

They're mainly theoretical, meaning under very specific conditions under an ideal environment it may work. Unfortunately for you, you're not living in the ideal conditions so it won't work.

It's up to you if you want to accidentally hurt yourself.

Aren't the foundation of these exercises to reverse the damages done by our habits since child, because if we had perfect breathing, chewing posture and swallowing since birth we wouldnt need to looksmax

Why do you think he wants to do thumbpulling? It's normally done to expand your palate.

Anyways I have zero desire to debate it. It's ultimately up to him.

its fine, a pallete expansion is a more safe and actually works in comparision to thumbpulling
 
i do thumbpulling 4 or 5 times a day for 3 reps and zygopulling about two times a day for 1 minute
