I have negative canthal tilt and scleral show. My plan is to do midface lift with cartilage spacer grafts to elevate lower eyelids and also do canthoplasty to make positive canthal tilt.
But I also noticed that I have narrow palate so I will also need to do MARPE to widen my palate.
My main concern is that I want to do all those things as soon as possible but MARPE should be in a mouth for months and only after that I am able to do plastic surgery. So I am very dissapointed that I have to wait that long.
And I have to do MARPE first because it is important to have right bone structure before going to manipulate with soft tissues.
