1-a few years it all dpends watcha patel vid on yt for that however u need to suction mew but it WILL give u relsuts jsut stay consistent it will also make your jawline look imediately better. ik it sounds boring asf but ts saved my maxilla

it applies upward pressure to the maxilla therefore developing it. u need about 400 gramms of force to move ur bones, and ur tongue can apply abt 700. also the fact that ur comparing a reddit post of a random larper to an educated guy thAT STUDIED all of this shit is crazy
