Discussion How many carbs do you really need to eat before working out?

For context I weigh 107kg/235lbs. Apparently I should be eating 107g of carbs before working out, did that, didn’t really notice any difference in performance, tiredness etc.

Is there any point in eating carbs before working out, anyone an experienced gym-goer who can give advice?

hell na, you dont need 107g of carbs before working out, eat your fruit before workout
 
i eat a banana and mix my pre/creatine with coconut water so im not bloated and so i can look good after my workout
thats ideal, same here but ion use creatine anymore
