Russian is the one I can understand fluently almost but i can't speak it because I don't know how to build sentences, I could speak if when I was little but German replaced it

Another 2 languages I can only understand. I can't reply nor speak it back ( On the speaking part, technically yes but it's very butchered. I can't recall the words at the time but when someone speaks said language to me in a full sentence I go "Oh right that's what X word means")
