Hmm, @n4evis said to consider it (she didn't see photo though)... interestingly I spoke to an oral surgeon once about my labiomental fold on Facebook and he said he would treat my fold with vertical genio (making chin taller)... which is interesting not sure if making it longer just to smooth old fold is good either

Ye,but if your chin it too tall like you said ideally shave it down to a 2:1 chin to philtrum by lengthen it width of course.
