I don’t care about it at all but I disagree with it being the same as make up. I don’t think most girls know that this exists. Everyone knows make up exists and it’s obvious when someone is wearing it.
I don’t. I typically get rated anywhere from low htn to htn and it’s just that when running tests on Tinder, the taller I was the more likes I got. So I went for the tallest I could fraud. Obvs I can’t show up to the date 2 inches shorter than advertised

Actually you can lol. Theres probably no way for them to tell the difference. I did an internship at a modeling agency and our boss got away with placing models for jobs where he advertised them with a few cm more than they had. And mind you there are other guys to compare to at the shoots and he still got away with it. And in your case there I’ll be no other other guys to compare to. I think you overestimate the ability of a 5’5 or whatever girl in estimating tall dudes height
Interesting (and lame) that you actually got better results by saying that you’re taller. I think if she likes everything else already it’s not gonna make a difference though.

In either case, I kinda lied on my profile, I gotta take precautions. Not every girl is gonna overestimate my height. And I never do this for things I know will be recurring. I put my real height on Hinge because I use that app to genuinely find myself a gf

I mean, if you went and took your shoes off, wouldn't it be worst for them to notice the immediate height differences vs just fibbing a few inches taller and then them never noticing? Even if she did notice, it's less awkward I feel like to say you lied vs having to explain why you took your shoes off and now is immediately two inches smaller or something.
That’s a very valid point actually. Yh it would be worse explaining that I’m wearing lifts tbf. So far no one’s said anything though. I only wear them to one off events, it’s not like they’re gonna realise it immediately if we’re both sat down or laid down without shoes on for example
