Idk I weigh like 210 lbs and my body fat % is somewhere in the 20s it’s not good it ridiculous I’m a fucking cow
Well that's strong, though.

Pull ups go up crazy when you lose weight.

Drop the bf%, and you'll be a monster (y)

how is training upper body as a woman fun?? my harms have the strength of overcooked spaghetti , I can’t even open a water bottle
thats exactly why
the weights i lift are so light that its way funner than lower body
lower body takes so much more willpower i get so dizzy
also i see progress like 70% faster than lower body

two years ago it was 26 now like 12 and my hands give out idk tho maybe even 6 is my max rn

30 when i was an athlete 2 if my life depends on it now, one of the movements you easily lose

15 for me
I've been working my way up! Beginning of summer was 2-3,
now I'm at 35lbs weighted for 3.5/4. I like to do AMRAP for pull and push day warmups. Those are usually around 12 quick ones before I drop off to avoid fatigue

That's really fast progression. GJ

I've been going to the gym for 2.5 years. Back has been my biggest weakness, though.
