U can be a normie in looks still have a tall skull .

Tall skulls means :Average to Big forehead + Big chin + Tall Ramus + Midface should be compact ( slightly longer is ideal though i beleive )

Ramus should just be visibile for sure as without a visibile ramus , it's impossible to have a tall skull, unless one is downgrowth.

Doesn't necessarily needs to be Tall though .

you don't have good forward growth as much as I remember your face, it's not downgrown but not forward grown too

Not having forward growth means the face just looks long from the front, more like a horse-shaped skull. Because good forward growth is noticeable even in the front profile, but if it's missing, the face will kinda give off a horse-like vibe.

Yh jaw will look not that good .

But as long as one don't have long long midface , they are chillin,

As I said not everyone needs very good mandible to look good , it's just a good feature like eyes , nose , etc.

Obviously upper third matters a lot too
