fat distribution looks bit weird. not fat but low muscle mass n some fat. just gain muscle n lean down. only take 1 yr rlly to fix
Maybe 18%? yes i need to start gym again

You're better off getting a body scan. You need to build more muscle than you need to lose fat.

No offense, but does the body fat % even matter if it looks unflattering either way? What is the goal to knowing what body fat % you have?

Build muscle. Your BMR will increase, you would lose fat more quickly and you'd tone yourself. Why are you even trying to lose more fat (if it's not to tone yourself)?

Because i think i have too much fat on my body

What's your goal weight? Are you trying to achieve an underweight BMI?

You could try losing more fat but it's not going to look 'better'. You don't look like you have a lot of body fat in general (it's clear you have some but not a huge amount) but it does look like you barely have any muscle. The reason why women who are very thin and skinny workout is because you'll never look skinny (if that's your goal) if you never focus on your muscle growth even if it's a little bit. You don't have to get ripped but you'd have to lose a dramatic amount more weight to get the desired result. The fact you can see your hip bones and rib bones but it still looks like you have a higher body fat % is a testament to that.

Building muscle is just a good idea for most aesthetic purposes. To me you look like you're somewhere 18%-22%. Most people who have lower body fat % are just leaner in general.
