Will probably get like 2 hours sleep and I’ve averaged like 4 hours a night the last week probably so it’s not looking good

200-250 mg is ideal. Slow down your caffeine intake about 2 hours before social interaction to avoid a caffeine crash or excessive excitement at that crucial moment

I probably have like 250mg a day normally, 450-550mg if I go to the gym but that tends to be after longer amount of sleep
Wtf bro, your gonna die at like 30, calm tf down with your caffeine, you’re gonna get withdrawals if you stop, bro your like a fucking crackhead, don’t take caffeine at all if you’re not going to the gym and sleep more, you’re gonna kill yourself with this shit, no sleep, 550 mg of caffeine and the gym, you gonna get a fucking heart attack
