How much calcium do I need?

I have very little bonemass + teeth problems. Dentist told me to get more calcium, which is also needed for bone health. But idk how much do I intake

Eat dairy and animal products and you should have enough

Do you have any specific disorders? Also do you not exercise?

Haven't really been exercising for the past 6 months. Started doing it more since the beggining of August.

Doctor said that I may have a disorder/disease/idk what's the right word with too much Fluorine due to the water being full of that in my area(and I drink insane amounts of water)

Light exercises, strain on bone and vibrations from muscles increase bone density.

Get that checked out immediately. Low bone density is something you don't wanna live with as you get older...

Get a water filter if you are concerned about fluoride
 
1 gram calcium, megadose D3 by getting the sun at least 2 hours if you're white, 6 hours at the most if you're white. As well as get some red meat and salmon in your diet + maybe supplements. Although now Im really hesitant about taking them bc of chinese synthetic manufacturing, how much are you really getting. Basically you want 1 gram Calcium, 30k iu D3 and 300 mcg k2.
