Some softmaxxes I'm gonna do:
Tan for better colouring
Decrease nose width
Weight loss + debloat
Different hairstyle to improve hairline + facial thirds

Some softmaxxes I already am doing:
Growing out eyebrows+lashes
Retinol for acne scars
Increasing lip volume + width

Including bone structure changes/growth and fat distribution changes, what rating could I reach by doing all of this?

You cannot naturally/softmax your nose width unless you just practice training nose flexing. It’s how I slimmed mine down.
 
Your plan looks good already doing more than a lot of the looksMaxxers in here.
Yeah I've been into looksmaxxing for yearrrsss. Took me a few wake up calls to act on it thought cause I used to be pretty lazy + didn't think I was that bad looking when I was genuinely sub 5 or 3

I get told a mix of both younger and older irl but I do get what you mean. My diets pretty good but there's other stuff to improve on beyond that.

Yeah js fix your eyebags, more volume in ur hair, tan skin, red lips and ur good

The camera is also not doing you a justice

My phones pretty bad tbh. I'm using caffiene + volufline for my under eyes and I get a good amount of sleep. Only getting minor improvements though as it's mostly genetic
