Depends on your friend’s race and circle. Is he ethnic/surrounded by ethnics? Then colored eyes would make him a giga mogger. Is he surrounded by whites? Then they wouldn’t care. Every time I’ve seen people creaming over eye color, it was always deathniks.

I have even darker than T50. Optician told me so, IDK. They’re black and I’m white. Girls with light eyes always like it. Jack the Ripper had black eyes (if he even existed).
