I just wanna know if gym and adding muscle changes things in the face like I am 17 179cm and only 52 kg rated mmtn w pottential of hmtn but I wann if gym could help me ascend more ?

it really helped me i was under 48 kg and around your stature, going to the gym really helped me have a better back frame so highly recommend it.

that much i do not know i would need to see you.
but work mostly shoulder shrugs as lats that did the trick for me,
eat a lot of protein, cracklings are 50% their weight in protein if you ever need a lot pretty quickly. so yeah could help you loom more.
don't skip on chest day btw it will help you with anything
