I finnish invilign a little time ago now i have retainers. Bimax not fix mandibular prognathism? It kind of looks like you have [mild] mandibular prognathism. Have you ever got orthodontics (braces) done?
You don't really need to fix it, because it doesn't really look bad or noticeable, and it might not even be a jaw thing. It could just be how your chin looks at a certain angle. It'd cost so much just for something that would not even be worth it in your case. Bimaxillary advancement surgery involves moving both the upper and lower jaws forward, and that's such an extreme surgery for someone who's alignment looks fine to me.
Do you have a photo of your face being 'relaxed'? It looks like you're tensing up your face in the first image and your brows are a bit furrowed, so it'd be hard to fully say if your face is not relaxed in that image.Do you think i need another surgery? Yes i think bimax not worth
