Me personally I would probs be doing 50-60% depends the time you want to get it too tho.

10-15k, should be more than enough cover most simpler operations + any additional costs that may come up and travel

I Don't know how much it is in US or wherever you are from, but in Poland let's say you are doing a bimax, (which is one of the most expensive surgeries I know of) then it costs around 40k PLN that is equal to 10k USD, so I'd save around 15k to 20k if you want more than one surgery like for example cheekbones implants.

save half spend half unless u dont spend that much money anyway then just save like 75% of it and keep the rest for urself
