Well I think if you went to get a consultation they’d be able to tell you if the plates are still open or not. I guess there are technically some circumstances where the growth plates are still open when people are like 20, even though I dont think its common. I feel like at 19 they’d probably be closed though? If im wrong and anyone notices feel free to tell me
