I truly believe it's impossible to be overweight when:
  • chewing lots of gum (increases BMR by 10%)
  • smoking a few cigarettes (increases BMR by 6%)
  • drinking yerba mate (stimulates GLP-1)
  • eating only homemade recipes

I've always been too thin, but if anyone asked me for advice on losing fat, I would honestly say to walk more

or spend more time on your feet.

15,000 steps a day, 20,000 steps a day.

The trick would be to walk more, walk more, walk more, and walk more: it literally radically improves all your hormones.
