I want to take pioglitazone, since it'll give a more feminine figure and redistributes fat fast. But the side effects are
  • Heart failure:
  • Liver problems:
  • Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar): T
  • Macular edema:
  • Bone fractures:
I've taken many medications in the past year, so it would be risky for me to take more. I'd love to see what happens, but heart failure, increased risk of liver issues, the 3 other are something to not mess around with.

Idk if I should ask a doc about it or something or to take the risk and order it. I'm obviously not looking for someone to tell me to take it but idk what I should do, talk to a doctor, see what happens, looks like I'll just wait and see for now.

It takes a lot of reserach in order to understand truly what medication does for you, seeing the side effects and purposeful effects alone doesn't really do the medication justice. It's always a good idea to seek guidance from a professional

Talk to a doctor and a motivator at the same time so they come to conclusions on giving you something to help you improve but also keep you safe

(If it wasn't obvious go consult your local doctor before taking any medicine)

ive taken many drugs and experimented with them over the past year, some with very low sides like ghk injections, which i blasted and was fine. But others like this one which have risks seem risky. Idk ive never spoken to a doctor about taking medications to help me "looksmax" you know?

idk about pioglitazone but i took a lot of meds without prescription and was fine (im actually joking i never did that haha .. 😅)

most meds are bad for you anw even if they prescribe it to you

Most meds I wanted to take are gatekept and kept me on a waitlist lol. But whats a motivator?

I obviously would come up with a better reason than that when speaking with a doctor, if you do infact ever meet up with one (which I recommend) I would try to coat your reasoning in something that seems less shallow than simply to look better

Just ask them about drugs to help you improve physically / facially without any elevated risks for you specifically, it might be pricier but it will pay off better than side effects now or later on!!

yep sadly thats the case. Ive taken some meds which built some liver pain over time but it went away after i stopped taking them, i inject stuff regularly and im fine
i wish most meds were available in different forumlas

hold on now, because doctors can deny prescriptions or information distribution if they fell like their patient will use one of them two for something they do not see fit

Meh depends if you're abusing it for the high or actually using it for improving your looks but if you are mentally unwell and want to improve in unhealthy ways consult other professionals

I guess we have different experiences with medical professionals, because the doctors I encounter only prescribe things that are absolutely necessary.

yea same here for me, or you need to have like a note from a therapist explaining why you need it. Its pretty stupid tbh, like I wish docs were more open, because imma take the med anyways, so may aswell help me out rather than saying no. I wanna tell a doctor well look, imma take the med anyways, i think its better that you help me out so i see if ill be fine on it or not.
I hate how doctors are so stringent in their thoughts and follow guidelines it pretty dumb.

In Moldova doctors are either like this or they're gonna help you "somewhat" safely
in the US they follow strict guidelines so you must need a reason for it. Whats funny is the last time i got really sick and went to the doctors they prescribed me like 6 different meds even though i just had a bad flu lol

Best benefit of Eastern Europe is nobody gives a fuck about what you do as long as you keep quiet and don't tweak in public

Our doctors prescribe either one med that works for 8 illnesses or 40 meds that work so slowly

Talk to them first since the sides do seem risky, and then tell them I want it for x reason (just ask chatgpt to give you different reasons or to help you word it better) and if the doctor is understanding they'll help you out. if not tell them you'll take it since you believe it'll better help your life etc, and see what they say and if they can at least guide you. I think most doctors will change their minds if you keep pushing for it, at the end of the day they are there to help you.

"You should prescribe me fent because it helps me athletically, physically, mentally and I use it not in abuse but rather in moderation to enjoy and savour."
