How should I cut my hair?

I have wavy thin hair, they touch my earlobes from the sides and my chin from the front. I've had a middle part for my face shape is diamond, should I keep this hairstyle?
Or should I shorten my hair but still keep a middle part?
(I don't think any other hairstyles would suit me)
