You live in North Europe? Why are you thinking about "height frauding" at 15. You can still grow. If you are 5'9" now you could potentially grow to 5'10" - 5-11".

You are already average height in Central Asia. No need to "fraud" height unless you are trying to get into hookups which I do not suggest. Look at it this way, if you "height fraud" and get a girlfriend, and then take off your shoes then they will be very offput, could show as a sign of being untrustworthy and I hope this does not happen to you because that means the girlfriend is overly superficial but they may leave you because of -1.5 inches of height.
