The problem is the testing thing, to be honest. I would've disliked that. Even if you passed, it means she took you for a liar. That your word alone was not enough to be trusted, it had to be verified.
Of course you know her better than I do, but it's sometimes easier to excuse behavior when you see her personality in it's entirety. Sometimes situations don't require that additional context, y'know? However, I don't want to speak on behalf of your relationship.
Talking it out with her is the best thing you can do. It's not normal for someone to explode like that, though. Unless you said something that would've caused that reaction, the response seems to be unjustified. Sometimes we (as in men) have a tendency to say something fucked up by accident and not realize it, and it hurts our girl's feelings. You should ask her directly why she felt the need to block you, or why she's concerned about you cheating, and so on.
