i used to have bed AND ana so take it from me u legit just have to distract yourself and eat the things you want in moderation. dont withhold the food youre craving from yourself but eat it and then wait a few weeks before eating it again
 
so u dont eat a lot n still havent noticed a weight change?
I do eat a lot more than I should and I know that at this point there is something more than willpower causing this because if it was just that I could probably subsist on nothing but half plates of meat and veg again

what would u say ur reason for eating is? boredom, genuine hunger, or smth else?
 
any way u can avoid high calorie food, or r u able to js straight up leave the country?

I get all I’m craving just rarely finish anything. I’ve been super skinny my whole life though so idk

lmaoo i get you, i love food sm. Especially tiramisu nothing can hold me back. Well focus on doing other stuff that have nothing to do with food, and even when you have cravings try to kinda set a plan, when to eat something and when to eat the rest n wtv. As long as you dont overdo it you’ll be fine

I tend to eat a lot but i also never gain any weight, its all depending on your metabolism. Try to adapt to it. Dont starve yourself n sacrifice the food ur craving but pay attention to the amounts

Im pretty late but im not obsessed with food because ive ate everything before and im not in dire need of eating it again. Im disgusted of what i used to eat because i had enough of it. Yes i do crave certain things but im able to manipulate myself into not needing it anymore. I believe that something you experience once or multiple times before shouldnt be experienced again if you want to make a big change. I hope this helps

2. stay away from the food cabinets
3.Imagine you'll become like the chud friend if you give in to cravings
4.Imagine dying single and lonely
5.self control
6.do something to occupy yourself
 
I honestly care about the ingredients in food rather than calories most of the time because you can have something on the lower calorie like those David protein bars yet they still have shit seed oils in them
