I was in my math class and my senior crush walked in and shes also my tutor
I was so awkward around her and kinda ignored her

Exposure therapy helped me a lot. I just did things that made me really uncomfortable and now I’m not scared to talk to people anymore. I once passed out onto a guys lap while giving a presentation in highschool cause I was so nervous … I decided to change my life after that incident
 
find hobbies and socialize more
