how the fuck do i reduce the size of my traps

i’m fairly skinny but i’ve had a habit for about a year or so where i push my shoulders up and forward because for some fucking reason i thought it made me look better and now im stuck with a big ass neck and shoulders that aren’t proportionate with my body. btw I’ve gotten rid of that habit by relaxing my shoulders and traps at all times but nothing seems to have changed. can’t get botox either.

no fucking clue bro I literally sit around all day. saw some vids about bitches who had anxiety disorders or whatever the fuck and did the same thing with their shoulders/traps because it like made them feel like they were closing off their body more and now their traps are the only muscular thing on their body and they end up having to get like botox to fix it. i only did it just because I thought it looked good not because I have an anxiety disorder just a note. looked some more yesterday and it’s because they are like activated when u do that shit and it makes them grow. I just need a way to fix them though cus it looks stupid
 
You can't if the muscle is built naturally the muscle will take years to shrink but the traps are used pretty good in everyday life

It means that the traps work more to compensate the other weak muscles. Most of the time it's a lack of rotator cuff, rear delts, side & front delts, and whole back strength. Hit the gym or bodyweight training at home
