it's not, but sadly a lot of people (especially blackpilled women) abuse laxatives as a form of weight loss, although it's been proven to not work very well and causes issues such as that. If this isn't about that then yeah it's completely not normal but the laxative abuse part is more of what I'm thinking of if someone's saying it's normal especially on this forum :C
