Anyway, during breaks at college, whenever I see an attractive guy talking to girls, it instantly ruins my mood. I can't just drop out of college because of this, but the envy I feel is terrible, it's eating me alive from the inside. Even when I'm just hanging out in mixed social groups, seeing girls socialize with a guy purely because he's attractive ruins my mood. It's awful.
What should I do? Isolate myself from the rest of the world? this seems not doable. i'm thinking of seeing a therapist to talk about it tbh.

As I said, beauty isn’t the only weapon. The men who are most successful with women aren’t the most attractive ones by conventional standards
