alr so for the reccessed cells who lowk dont wanna hop on every drug known to man in order to achieve minimal bone growth, listen up. this is a VERY SIMPLE guide on how to actually improve your facial bones.
1. Eat hella protein. Buy milk (not that shitty ass almond milk either) and chug it more than you drink water. Buy almonds and chew them on each side of ur mouth until u feel some tension on your masseters. Buy eggs, protein mixes, potatos, spinach, chicken, salmon, etc. DONT eat any fast food while doing ts, or ur gonna screw/stunt your progress.
2. Vitamin D. i know its a hella obvious option, but its also hella over looked. just take a capsule a day.
3. Sunlight. AFTER taking the vitamin D, go outside and chill in the sun for about an hour. WEAR SUNSCREEN, and make sure the sun is actually touching you (dont stay in the shade jfl)
4. Eye brow pulling. No not eyelid pulling. Take your pointer and thumb, and pinch your reccesed brow ridge forward. pinch from the inner to outer corner, and hold for a few seconds. do this everyday. make it a habit (like biting ur nails or smtn).
Ive been doing this for about a month and i can deadass feel/notice my facial bones improving. My browridge is slightly growing and slightly masking my protruding orbs while casting a slight shadow mimicking the presence of deepset orbs, and my under eye support has SLIGHTLY increased. I also have noticed the skin around my cheek bones feeling tighter, and the bones feel stronger too. no im not crazy either just try it out ok??? dattebayooooo
