Hello! I am a beginner at mewing and i would like to know if I always have to mew because when i don’t think about it I stop mewing. Is it normal?

How to always mew?

You should be holding proper tongue posture whenever you aren't talking, eating, drinking, or doing anything where opening your mouth is required. Otherwise, you should be holding proper tongue posture at all times. You should not have to think about it, it's just natural.
As neon said, mewing is a trendy name for the natural position of the tongue. For it you need to have a proper breathing (by your nose instead by your mouth) and proper posture in general

It’s normal in the beginning, but mewing is the natural correct posture of the tongue so def try to keep it up, once you’re there the next step is sleeping with the posture
