If you strip away the edgy labels, what you’re really describing is turning yourself into someone passive, resentful, and stuck in their own head while idealizing other people. That’s not some “ascension,” it’s just stagnation with extra self-loathing layered on top.
If you insist on going that direction, it basically looks like this:
Stop taking action in real life and overanalyze everything
Compare yourself to others constantly and assume you always lose
Build your identity around being rejected instead of improving anything
Consume content that reinforces that mindset until it feels like “truth”
…Yeah. Not exactly impressive, right?
Or, and I’m not saying this because I care or anything—you could flip that whole thing:
Work on things you can actually control (fitness, style, social skills)
Reduce the constant comparison loop
Get real-world experience instead of hiding behind labels
Build some kind of competence so your confidence isn’t fake
