how to be truly happy

Im doing all of that but I feel like my brain is just not satisfied or not functioning tbh
your dopamine receptors are desensitized from your hedonistic lifestyle (no offence but that’s literally it)

What you need is to take a break from all these dopaminergic actives

9-Me-BC peptide can help with dopamine receptor up-regulation

Hola when you have big spikes in dopamine it’s inevitable you’ll have pits.

Just try to not overindulge in “satisfying” activities too much you’ll be around your baseline

I’m sure there are people who energize you, like you feel so much better after talking to them, spend more time with these people

Remove negative people

It’s all water

hedonism does not lead to happiness holahola always remember this
but I have mo reason to be sad I changed up everything possible but I’ve been like this for a while like idk I should be happy but it’s something is telling me not to be

turn off your phone and stare at a wall for 10 minutes without checking your phone or anything and think about whats making you sad

most general answer would be gratitude

Focusing on what you don’t have will always make you depressed and want more. Take a moment to think about what you do have, it’s probably better than most.

Then take breaks from spaces like these, it makes anyone insecure

The only high IQ response here.

Idk man, if you're always chasing this perfect version of happy or just constantly trying to feel that, you'll never feel it when it's actually there. Real happiness isn't some crazy flawless stat, it's a fleeting feeling, imperfect almost, and shows up in these quiet moments you'll miss if you're too busy looking for more and more.

This "bugging" feeling you are expressing could be and i'm sure of it, is the constant pressure on yourself to be okay all the time. This constant search can fuck your ability to appreciate the good around you. Being human you should know you aren't promised these things. And that's chill i suppose. Happiness isn't a place you set as a destination on your phone, it's a moment. Just try to understand and grasp the moments when it comes and you might appreciate it more.
