i cant hold conversations, im gonna be honest to u guys, i get alot of LOI from girls, idk if its my face or my height, regardless, alot of girls look at me, but im way too high inhib to approach them, and to hold conversations, theres this thing always happens when in im talking to a girl, we talk about a topic, then when that topics done, we lowk just sit there in silence for a few seconds, i even made a guide once on how to lower ur inhib but just mentally manipulating urself, alot of ppl agreed, but the only guy who didn’t agree was myself

Ideally having a very social job is the best solution, you're forced to talk to people

Any social jobs can work, but you're 16 so i'm not recommend you to be a salesman or a waiter/barman

I didn't live in the states, whatever makes you earn a good pay and improves your social skills with people. Even mcdonalds would be good

you’re 16 you have lots of time to improve

always use the chance to put yourself in situations where you need to socialize, a job, collective hobbies, scenarios in school and in life


you can’t stop being ND but you will learn how to adjust to situations, some people will even think your nd is just quirkiness if you’re not subhuman
