1/ Full-Body workouts
why compound movements1/ Full-Body workouts
2/ Mainly compound movements
3/ 1 set warming-up, 2 sets pushing near failure or failure
4/ Taking 3min of rest
5/ Doing supersets is fine
6/ Supplement yourself with mainly creatine, omega-3s, l-citrulline, Vitamin D.
7/ Eat proteins from real food, limit whey use
You'll build a larger back and shoulders w/ weighted pull-ups and vertical presses. Nobody has a small back or delts when you push heavy amounts of weights.why compound movements

@genio he should take tren is vegan and safe
I could agree with the back part as the back is more of a "system" of muscles then anything else, but pressing movements are only optimal for front delt, back delt is activated enough during a row/pulling movement, and you'd want to isolate the lats and side delt. You'll build a larger back and shoulders w/ weighted pull-ups and vertical presses. Also i said "mainly" so you can still do isolation exercises but the meat and potatoes of your gains will be from compound movements

does creatin worth it ?
Creatine is a must
Most studied supplement for muscle growthno response
does creatin worth it ?
Not even true nowadays. Last EMG results from studies and various people show that side delts are stimulated during pressing movements as long as you keep your elbows close to the body and push with a neutral grip (so machines and dumbbells). Regular wide stance and pronated grip tend to over stretch the front delt that's people think pressing is front delt only.I could agree with the back part as the back is more of a "system" of muscles then anything else, but pressing movements are only optimal for front delt, back delt is activated enough during a row/pulling movement, and you'd want to isolate the lats and side delt.
