how to burn fat without doing loads of cardio

i hate the treadmill but i wanna burn fat and be lean i weight lift but it doesn’t burn much really any tips ? or do i just have to do cardio

download an app that tells u how much steps you've done
and dont stop until 10k or more
 
won’t it affect muscle building if i’m not getting enough in cuz i wanna build muscle still
if you are new to the gym then you can do a body recomp, that way you can build muscle and lose body fat, if you are skinny fat then check the must read sections guide on how to stop being skinny fat.
