how to change my nerdy friend?

so i got a friend who is nerdy as shit. all he does is studying and some sports that which will help him after a long time doing it. He is also unsocialized bc he is a refugee from a fronline. For example he's meddling in other people's business, doesn't shave (even after being bullied bc of it). rats ppl out, laughs like an acustic and other shit. he is like mltn and 5`11 with a bad posture. I think he got potential bc of his height, +- visible ramus and good forward growth. he never had any experience with girls and sometimes i even think that he is gay. So i think one day some girl will make him fall in love with her and then just break his heart. I dont want him to discover bp. how do i bring up to him that he will be virgin for life if he wont change? Im his only friend and dont want to break his heart (chad always helps the bullied). im a lil bit popular in school so he want to be friends and i also do so how do i start?

sit him down somewhere isolated and give him an honest talk about the things he needs to change

im not telling op not to bother just that if he makes no effort to be presentable, make friends, act in a socially acceptable way, not be rude, do anything other than studying and a few sports, etc., it’s also likely he doesn’t care all that much
